We are pleased to introduce Sophie Willa, our new Assistant to Administration and Client Services at KAJOOM. She has joined the team in the recent weeks to support our team members in both administrative and customer service tasks.
She has a degree in office techniques with a specialization in law, she has also followed courses in social networking and currently she follows a training in accounting, always eager to improve. She has worked for the Ordre des dentistes du Québec and the Bibliothèque et Archives Nationales du Québec as administrative assistant. In addition, she has several years of experience in customer service.
With the well-being of her children at heart, Sophie decided to create her virtual assistant business to better balance her time between work and family. It is in this context that she was recruited by our headhunting team, our company has a business model based on self-employement, it give us the possibility of adding solid and varied expertise in administrative tasks for our organization.
We are very happy to have her on our team and we wish her good luck in her new role!

With a very good sense of structure, judgment, discretion and not as much fear of administrative tasks as those in the field of writing or customer service, Sophie is undoubtedly a great new asset in our team!
